How Can I Help?

What is the jewellery made of and can I wear it if I have a metal allergy?

Every thing is made from Sterling silver (925) unless stated otherwise. The chains I supply with my necklaces are silver plated. I can supply sterling silver chains at an additional cost, please as I will need to order these in.

Is the jewellery hallmarked?

Yes, all silver jewellery that is heavier than 7.78g has to be hallmarked, anything under this weight will not routinely be hallmarked.

Eco Credentials

All my silver is made from 100% recycled silver and all packaging is fully recyclable. I keep my impact on the environment as light as possible and where ever I can I recycle or buy eco friendly producs.

How do I order and pay for my jewellery?

You can either order and pay via my online shop or you can contact me at to order and pay using other methods such as cheques, cash or use my Izettle credit card machine.

Can I buy a gift voucher?

Yes I do sell gift vouchers and they are valid for one year from the date of issue and can be used online to buy items from this website or pay for workshops at my studio by entering the voucher code at the checkout.  You can also use them to buy items directly from me at my studio or at any fairs, but they cannot be used in any gallery or retail outlet without my express permission.  They are not valid for workshops organised by third parties or held at third party venues.

If the price of your purchase is lower than the value of your voucher, the ‘change’ will be provided in the form of another gift voucher only, not in cash.

Please take great care of your gift voucher, as I will not replace lost or stolen vouchers.

Gift vouchers are not normally refundable, except under exceptional circumstances at my sole discretion.
